  Very unprofessional and unreliable. I called on 1/2/18 and set an appt. for the next day for an appt between 1 to 2 pm. to help repair a leaking washer. 2:30 came by and no one showed and no phone call. I called and spoke to someone that said she would have to see where the repair man was and she would call me back in 10 mins. Well surprisingly I never received a call back. I will take my business elsewhere.

  If I could I would give a ZERO! This company is ridiculous. I bought a dryer, washer, and refrigerator and they all required a technician to come fix them. My first fridge broke down, they sent me a technician. Then they just gave me another fridge. This next fridge broke down 3 times, they just kept sending me the technician till my warranty finally ran out. They sell trash, please don't buy ANYTHING from them.
