  Complete disrespectful staff down to the manager. Laptop bought freezes and glitches almost every use. Only have had for two weeks. Forget talking to a manager or owner about your concerns. They told me a manager won't care that they'll tell their employees to handle issue how they please. Said they fixed my computer, but as soon as a tech started it up it did same glitch. They do not warn customers there is No refunds on receipt or any verbal warning. After having multiple problems with the laptop. I just wanted to be done with the business and receive a refund for a product that never worked properly from the beginning. I should have known by the first laptop I was shown that. Also had troubles and glitches clearly these computer's have issues. Waste of time and money could have bought a better one on craigslist. Ha.
